She takes the initiative then -though it does kick up butterflies in her stomach- and reaches out to take his hand. It's just that, for the moment, just a gentle holding of his hand in hers. She can't recall the last time she felt this kind of anticipation to be with any man, let alone a customer.
"I can help. I'm well taught in this sort of thing. I want you to know that we can go at your pace. There's all night and then some ahead of us. There's no need to be shy. If you'd like to do something, you're welcome to. Or if you'd like me to do something, you only need to ask. I'm here for you alone."
At least for tonight. Or until Thorfinn or his uncle decided it was time to leave. And when she makes her offer, she is sincere. She's his to do with as he pleases, for as long as his money holds. Though she has the feeling that for once, it will be pleasant. He's kind, and shy and she feels lucky to be the one here with him now.
