She does get riled up, her eyes a deep forest green as a result of their passion. She responds to his attack in kind, making their kissing barely more than clashing teeth and rough bites. Her arms tighten around him, and he probably feels a sudden trickle of wet down his back as her wine spills a bit.

Then he asks his question. She's very distracted, so it takes a bit for the details to get through. When they do, she pulls back from their kiss, just her head, and looks dazed, flushed and confused.
