He laughs, a bitter edge to it, but he shakes his head and leans over to kiss her cheek softly. "You really do need to stop that. I know you're not hearing me, but I want to spend time with you. I truly do. And you don't need to apologize for Arthur. He's young, and he's barely been in relationships, let alone two at the same time, so he's got a lot to learn. It's not just about his dream sharing anymore. We've committed to him, and he needs to commit some time to us."
